If your purchase doesn’t meet your exacting standards (though we’re confident it will), here’s our straightforward returns process for competitive archers and serious bowhunters worldwide.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom Made Arrows (all types including Easton ACE, Pro Comp, X10 series, and MAC Premium Wooden arrows)
  • Broadheads (once removed from packaging)
  • Crossbow Strings (due to material sensitivity)

These items are exempt unless received damaged or defective.

Return Process

Follow these steps with the precision of nocking an arrow:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure swift processing:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (if return is due to our error)
  • Instructions for properly packaging archery equipment

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For customer-initiated returns:

  • UK Customers: Use the provided Royal Mail return label
  • International Customers: We recommend using DHL or FedEx with tracking

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
    • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
  • Exchange Processing: New items ship within 2 business days of return approval

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equipment:
