Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to serve archers across the globe (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping Notes
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- We cannot ship to certain Asian and remote regions
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our precision-crafted archery equipment. If your purchase doesn’t meet your exacting standards, follow our straightforward returns process below.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All Custom Made Arrows (including Easton ACE, Pro Comp, X10 series, X10 Pro Tour, MAC Premium Wooden arrows, and Merlin Alimax)
- Broadheads (once removed from packaging)
- Crossbow Strings (due to material sensitivity)
These items are exempt unless received damaged or defective.
Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid return shipping label (if return is due to our error)
- Instructions for properly packaging archery equipment
Step 3: Ship Your Return
For customer-initiated returns:
- UK Customers: Use the provided Royal Mail return label
- International Customers: We recommend using DHL or FedEx with tracking
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
- Exchange Processing: New items ship within 2 business days of return approval
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective equipment:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you
Important Notes
- Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery
- We’re not responsible for return shipping damage – please pack carefully
- Custom arrow orders may only be returned if unopened and unused
- For crossbow parts, please ensure all components are included
